چکیده
The understanding of the distribution and population structure various species in marine environment is very helpful to effectual resource management conservation. This study aimed assess ecological factors relating sea cucumber populations on rocky shores Persian Gulf. Population two were investigated along 6 intertidal sites, including Deylam, Bushehr, Dayer, Nayband, Bostaneh, Lengeh Bushehr Hormozgan Provinces. During period sampling, no cucumbers observed Deylam stations. To address this, 500 individuals collected transported from their natural habitat laboratory. whole study, (Holothuria parva Holothuria arenicola). Highest abundance obtained at stations Dayer (198 individuals) Bostaneh (188 individuals). maximum density (individuals per 200 m2) was estimated for (49.5 ± 6.13) (47 8.79). results revealed a negative allometric growth both species. showed that different indices community areas affected by physicochemical parameters such as pH, temperature, salinity possibly lack correct order enforce more protective approaches these animals.

متن کاملIdentification of (Z)-2,3-Diphenylacrylonitrile as Anti-Cancer Molecule in Persian Gulf Sea Cucumber Holothuria parva
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), also named cancerous hepatoma, is the most common type of malignant neoplasia of the liver. In this research, we screened the Persian Gulf sea cucumber Holothuria parva (H. parva) methanolic sub-fractions for the possible existence of selective toxicity on liver mitochondria isolated from an animal model of HCC. Next, we purified the most active fraction. Thus th...

Population structure of sea cucumber Holothuria parva in the coasts of Bushehr and Halileh from Persian Gulf was determined by 16S rRNA of mitochondrial genome sequencing in autumn and winter seasons of 2019. In Bushehr and Halileh populations, 2 and 4 haplotypes were identified out of 374 nucleotide sites, respectively, and haplotype 2 was the most abundant in Bushehr population and was observ...
